This position was created to assist the account executive and the broker on a daily basis. The customer service representative acts as a liaison between the broker/account executive and the operation staff in order to guarantee accuracy in detail and a stationed contact. The Inside Sales Assistant, also, provides daily information to the account executive and the SVP of production regarding internal issues and operations.
Maintain daily contact with each account executive and SVP of production
Address any internal issue the account executive or broker may have with secondary marketing, underwriting, closing, or funding
Prepare a daily production report including underwriting turn times to present to the sales staff.
Provide off sheet pricing information to the account executive and the broker.
Prepare charts and reports to assist the account executive in daily preparations.
Maintain preferred account list for each account executive as defined by SVP.
Attend broker functions and conferences when requested.
Assist the broker as main contact when an account executive is absent.
Maintain familiarity with regulatory and industry standards and requirements.
Communicate and perform administrative duties for the account executive, the SVP of production, and the operation staff.
Qualifications
2+ years residential mortgage lending experience
Knowledge of mortgage documents and processing
Exemplary customer service skills
Excellent organizational skill
Effective communication skills
Work effectively in a team environment
Work effectively in a fast pace environment with low tolerance for error
Work outside of the standard business day may be required
Professional dress and demeanor
Must demonstrate commitment, dependability and respect for other employees with regular attendance, punctuality and adherence to agreed-upon schedule
Must be able to adapt to shifting priorities and tasks requiring average mental dexterity
Able to problem solve by assessing and identifying causes, gathering relevant information and generate possible solutions
Ability to cope with stress of a high production position and meet stringent deadlines for completing tasks
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40+
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
This position is not available in Colorado.
