Overview of Job Function :
The Vice President, Product Management, WFE Portfolio (“the VP”) creates the vision and roadmap for WFE portfolio of products and services. The VP is also responsible for the orchestrating the delivery of these capabilities through operational functions across the organization. The role includes acting as the executive level sponsor for a selection of key customers to provide portfolio level updates or escalation support.
The VP is a pragmatic, strategic and experienced SaaS software product management leader with excellent communication skills and executive presence, and is accustomed to delivering presentations to senior executives and internal stakeholders to get approval, feedback, and funding for initiatives.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities :
Lead globally dispersed team of product managers and drive internal and external roadmap activities.
Ensure the ongoing success of the WFE portfolio as a SaaS offering and the successful conversion of our large WFE on-premises customer base.
Act as executive sponsor for key customers
Support M&A activities including M&A pipeline generation and due diligence
Deliver strategic and operational presentations to executives, customers, and internal stakeholders to obtain approval/support for initiatives.
Work with a variety of matrixed organizations, including engineering and Go To Market to ensure successful prioritization and execution of product roadmap and development.
Minimum Requirements :
A 4 year college degree in a related field or equivalent years of work experience
Has a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience and 15+ years of experience in product management (including responsibility for a large portfolio of products)
Demonstrated experience leading broad product teams that included functions such as Engineering, Product Management, Product Introduction
Proven ability to work effectively across a diverse and matrixed organization
Extensive experience with SaaS software
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills at an executive level
Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations
