Zycus Vice President - Strategic Account Sales - USA in Salt Lake City, Utah

Zycus is hiring for Regional Vice President - Strategic Account Sales position.

Zycus is looking out for a Seasoned Technologist, with a Technical Experience of about 15-18 years, and a hands-on experience in Software Product Development and ownership.

Zycus headquarters was incorporated in Princeton, U.S. in 1988. Since then, we have grown everyday, and established as an organization which now is a leading global provider of complete Source-to-Pay suite of procurement performance solutions.

We develop cloud-based (SaaS) Source-to-Pay solutions for large global enterprises, and have successfully deployed about 200 solutions to over 1000 Global clients.

We are now present in India with 3 development centres at Bengaluru, Mumbai & Pune and offices in the U.S., U.K., Australia and Dubai.

Vice President of Sales (VP - Sales) will be responsible for developing, executing and delivering the sales strategy and goals for the Strategic Accounts sales team in US. Together with his or her direct reports, the RVP - Sales will collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Finance to create and execute business strategies that will deliver forecasted sales and market share for the business.

This position will be reporting to Vice President- Global Sales & Business Development.

Responsibilities:

  • Exercising strong, proactive and strategic leadership of her/his team of direct reports to achieve/exceed sales goals.

  • Provide support and accountability for each sales team member in achieving weekly, monthly and annual objectives.

  • Accurately forecast and maintain a robust sales pipeline both personally and for her/his team sufficient enough to exceed annual sales target.

  • Evaluating and increasing the skill level of the sales organization. The ability to select, direct and mentor top talent is expected.

  • Identifying customer opportunities and market segments that may not be adequately addressed or appear to offer near and longer term future sales growth opportunities.

  • Participate in the proposals for significant new sales opportunities and attend and lead when necessary for presentations to strategic accounts.

  • Develop and coordinate new strategic customer sales and relationships through the generation of new leads.

  • Develop an ongoing three-to-five year multi-channel sales strategy for territory by product and market mix.

  • Consistently drive growth of the sales regions by adding head counts and/or new channels of sales.

  • Drive innovative Business Development practices using Sales 2.0 technologies etc.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with 15+ years of experience in SaaS solutions sales with expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning and execution; P&L responsibilities and complex solution selling experience in procurement.

The role also requires the applicant to be excellent on below parameters:

Apart from these, the applicant must:

  • Have demonstrated negotiations experience, particularly in putting together creative and complex sales structures designed to achieve the organization’s strategic initiatives and profitability goals

  • Be open to travel extensively across US
