Reporting to a Consumer Collecting Specialist (CCS) the Student Marketeer, SM - Sales and University Support focused on the entry point consumer (EPC). In this role, you are a representation of Red Bull in an assigned territory, helping gain the customer's confidence, securing the availability and visibility of Red Bull and being held responsible for the continuous volume growth. The focus will be on driving reach and awareness with the EPC in priority venues. By becoming a SM - Sales and University Support you will be part of an invigorating deep-dive into the sales and collegiate world; such as on premise, non-commercial, and specialty retail. The hands-on program includes sales activity, relationship building, merchandising, and event activation. This is a unique opportunity for ambitious, self-driven talent eager to interact with key stakeholders, make an immediate impact with a growing, global brand.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Effective coverage of all agreed- campuses and outlets, including a strong focus at Bullseye, Bullring, and relevant EPC landscape (i.e. military) Build Reach through On Premise and Specialty retail, including a focus towards campus Source and communicate new business leads within territory Conduct audits as required for national and region account managers Completion of sales calls allocated to individual accounts and territories Development and administration of designated area through distribution partners Build awareness and participation for collegiate and EPC programming (global student projects, WORB activations) Learn, understand and leverage the sales and marketing activities for your region Know the key players on campus, in EPC landscape, and key stakeholders within that footprint. Build your personal reputation to become an active listener and Network Leverage relevant assets from the World of Red Bull in order to keep Red Bull top of mind in sales accounts (i.e. POS, displays) Pre-sell and build displays to support awareness Embody an entrepreneurial mindset Have a solid understating of what we have to offer and the variety of spaces we're involved in Learn how to sell and negotiate in order to drive new distribution and increase our in-market execution Build relationships with local sales account managers and ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlet Collaborate with brand and sales to open new distribution points for Red Bull within university and beyond Ensure perfect execution to defined store standards Select trial-driving through the process of sales support, sales partnerships, trends and overall opportunities Related to this position EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role: Self-motivated and able to work independentlyEncompass a creative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a high sense of responsibility and initiativeAn affinity and desire to learn and apply a new range of skills, especially marketing, negotiation and salesPassionate about the Red Bull brand and productStrong understanding of collegiate [EPC] landscape and marketPrevious Student Marketeer experience preferredAccess to reliable transportationAbility to transport product and equipment High School Degree or equivalent required,University enrollment preferredFluent in English, additional language skills an advantage RELATED OPPORTUNITIESLooking for something else?
