We have an excellent opportunity for a West Coast based Sales Support Executive to join our global sales team based in New York. As a Sales Support Executive, you will assist the US Sales team in hunting for new business. Additionally, you will be supporting the Global Sales Team with quotes and sales administration primarily for our existing clients based in the US, and some UK. This is an entry level role with a clear pathway for career development in Account Management and Sales for a self-driven and motivated candidate with strong business acumen and ambition to build a career with a global LSP.

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge and respond promptly to client enquiries in line with quality procedures in order to secure potential projects

  • Discuss project specifications in detail with clients to produce accurate RFPs/RFQs

  • Support the Sales team with business intelligence and key market insight reporting

  • Assist in generating new business through leads, market mapping and other avenues

  • Maintain up-to-date information on CRM and internal project management system

  • Obtain regular client feedback at the end of each project via questionnaire

  • Pro-actively promote a sales and marketing ethos amongst colleagues in all functions of the company

Skills & Experience:

  • Sales orientated mindset with the ability to work quickly, efficiently and accurately under pressure

  • Experience within Language Services industry preferred but not essential

  • High level of Microsoft Office Suite competency

  • Strong commercial awareness and high level of numeracy

  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
