Hours: 9am – 5pm
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who’s highly motivated and highly energetic to help support an exciting sales team. The objective of this role is to collaborate with our team to source qualified opportunities and be the first touchpoint with partners to grow a funnel of new inventory across our portfolio. We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills, willingness to roll-up their selves, and great execution comfortable with ownership and ambiguity.
Responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative:
Manage developed outbound lead pipeline
Reach out to 80 -100 leads per day
Deliver qualified opportunities to the Sales Team
Turn cold calls, chats and tickets into qualified leads for account executives and assist with the hand-off
Qualify inbound leads through review and outreach
Support demand generation through outbound prospecting
Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales

Qualifications/Requirements of the Sales Development Representative:
1+ year experience in cold calling
Proven ability to hit and surpass quota
Strong interest in establishing a career in sales
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written) and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
