We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced National Sales Director. The NSD will be responsible for ensuring the performance of our field sales team and help drive the overall indirect sales strategy. The NSD will be directly managing the field sales team and assist with developing key strategic accounts. This position will be based in our office in Salt Lake City, UT.

A day on the job may include:

  • Mentor and develop existing field sales team (Regional Sales Managers)

  • Provide best practices and coaching that ensures performance expectations are achieved

  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews as appropriate

  • Communicate and help facilitate the completion of the necessary tools and resources needed to be successful

  • Assist in the refinement of the GTM and strategic account targeting

  • Ensure forecast accuracy, drive accountability, and deliver on goal attainment

  • Identify, drive, and maximize sales opportunities nationally

  • Achieve sales revenue targets within cost margin parameters

  • Establish, maintain, and cultivate rapport with key decision makers

  • Leverage and optimize existing 3rd party rep firms currently deployed

  • Pursue new opportunities through participation in customer product line reviews

  • Prepare and present program overviews, market trends, and relevant future plans

  • Monthly and quarterly sales/production forecast management

  • Work closely with Wilson Electronics' product development & senior sales leadership teams to define new market/product opportunities and gaps in existing programs

  • Maximize and collaborate with other sales leaders and supporting departments to provide best in class tools and resources

  • Provide a high level of customer service (both external and internal)

  • Attend trade shows and special events as required

This job may be for you if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience

  • Strong computer skills are required including familiarity with Windows-based programs such as Microsoft productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook)

  • 5-7 years of Enterprise sales leadership experience with a complex sale

  • 5-7 years of cellular booster sales experience

  • Indirect GTM sales leadership and strategy experience

  • Proven track record for exceeding national sales quota and forecasting

  • Experience selecting, managing, and optimizing 3rd party rep firms

  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written), time management, and organizational skills

  • Experience selling DAS technology products

  • Strong presentation skills
