Job Description



As anInside Sales Representative, you will sell products, services and supplies to select customers in a designated market area or accounts via inbound or outbound telephone contacts. You will have account responsibility with quotas. 


You will also be trusted to:

  • Quote jobs
  • Close the sale on assigned products, or generate leads for outside sales staff.
  • Pro-actively sell to installed-base in support of company promotion and upgrade campaigns.
  • Collaborate with and support field sales.



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
  • Some knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Knows some principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Effective at written and verbal communication.
  • Has basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
