Inside Partner Manager Location: Salt Lake City, UT The NICE inContact Inside Partner Manager is responsible for several aspects of lead development within the NICE inContact channel ecosystem. Inside Partner Managers will follow up on unconverted registered leads, prospect into partner provided lists, set up meetings to help recruit small partners, prospect into partner customer base, and set intro meetings with agents-resellers who do not currently have active relationships with us or are otherwise not engaged. Works under minimal supervision with considerable latitude for independent judgment. Typically requires five or more years of related experience.As an Inside Partner Manager, a Typical Day Might Include the Following:Meet or exceed sales quotas as determined by managementProvide qualified lead s to sales thereby increasing the Company's revenueGenerate new business opportunities prospecting into partner provided lists or into partner customer baseSet up meetings to help recruit potential NICE inContact partnersWorking to drive attendance to Partner EventsSet introductions for idle sub agents - resellersParticipate in other lead generation campaigns as defined by managementEffectively and efficiently log leads and sales interactions in the inContact contact management software toolsMeet or exceed Lead Development quotas as defined by managementMaintain comprehensive knowledge of current and future inContact products and services offeredInteract as necessary with assigned territory sales teamInteract with Partner Managers effectively to drive more potential businessAttend meetings and trainings as requiredTo Land This Gig You'll Need:Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience required5+ years software or telecommunications sales experience required with demonstrated success in a quota-bearing environment1 year outbound lead generation, sales development, or equivalent experienceExcellent targeted questioning skillsSuperior verbal communication skills and confidence in interacting with senior level executivesSelf-discipline and responsible time managementAbility to demonstrate Sales Development Prospecting SkillsAdvanced computer usage skills including prior usage of Salesforce and MS ExcelAbility to present NICE inContact products when necessaryBonus Experience:Experience in a SaaS companyABOUT NICE inContact: NICE inContact makes it easy and affordable for organizations around the globe to provide exceptional customer experiences while meeting key business metrics.
