IPL's 4500 employees also manufacture and market industrial chemicals and fertilizer products and services to customers around the world.What You'll DoAs the GM of Sales Excellence, you will be Responsible for improving sales performance and process across the global commercial organization. This role will work closely with executive, sales, and marketing leadership on a day-to-day basis to identify and improve all aspects of sales performance. Other duties will include:* Develop and implement common sales language and best practice processes for target account opportunity sales campaign execution.* Work cross functionally with Sales, DynoConsult, and Marketing leaders to create a coaching culture to reinforce the sales language and execution best practices to reinforce the fundamental sales disciplines.* Work cross functionally with IT and Sales Leadership to develop a simple scoreboard to easily count and track the most important desired lead indicators to convert opportunities into revenue.* Maintain and manage global sales pipeline management process.* Creates and implements a global sales training ecosystem supporting both in person and remote learning in a modularized fashion ensuring consistent training and approaches globally across both transactional and enterprise sales teams* Leadership responsibility for all global sales recognition programs coordinates with sales leaders to understand needs and goals creates plans and implements various recognition plans to drive excitement and create sales momentum* Responsible for all sales communications including sales recognition townhalls monthly report outs executive updates ensures all content messaging is cohesive on point and contains the appropriate level of detail for the respective audience.* Additionally, the role will be responsible for commercial analytics reporting to provide insights on sales progress.* Ownership of all leadership aspects of sales training and reporting within the commercial organization including the development and enablement of sales language, best practices, and processes including sales pipeline management and target opportunity campaigns.What We're Looking For:* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing* 15+ Years' working experience with progressively increasing professional responsibility within major global or multinational in regard to professional sales development and training, sales, sales operations and training* Must possess a significant track record leading sales organization with experience across a wide range of sales teams* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Travel up...
