Then now is the time to explore the opportunities of PepsiCo: what makes you unique makes us better.The role of the Energy Beverage Manager is to manage the local distributor relationships, acquire new accounts, and achieve sales volume and profitability goals for assigned territory. Position will be responsible for achieving annual key performance indexes and execute and deliver key KPI's. The Energy Beverage Manager will be responsible for the sales of Energy products in a pre-determined territory. This person will have the responsibility of activating local and national market place initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance. The role is accountable for enforcing the Rules of Engagement between the Distributor community and Pepsi team to ensure fairness between the differing go-to-market methods of delivery is upheld. Regular review of Distributor reporting is required to ensure any unauthorized customer shipments are resolved in a timely manner. Initial set up tasks include working closely with Pepsi logistics to coordinate deliveries, volume measurement and tracking of new customers. Key Accountabilities:- Define customer needs by understanding business priorities, business model, customers, and competitor performance in accounts- Demonstrate follow-up skills by visiting and tracking customer's progress and results in customer record management systems- Establish effective account planning, demonstrate passion for winning in marketplace- Develop customer intimacy at Distributors and serve as a consultant on category, cultivating strong relationships, and provide superior customer service- Own Senior Level wiring and build strong relationships- Secure local alignment on key sales promotions and initiatives that are developed for national rollout- Manage or co-manage distributor food shows, general sales meetings, district sales meetings, vendor fairs- Proactively share best practices and ideas throughout PepsiCo- Become an expert on the portfolio communicating product attributes, and benefits to key decision makers- Coordinate tracking of sales leads, provide leadership to solve Rules of Engagement- Provide a high level of customer service to address shipping and billing issues- Develop and present frequent business reviews to Distributors, to include follow up on lead trackers, activation events, and by site volume reports-implications- Responsible for Energy efforts at multiple Distributors - #LI-USA Requirements- Bachelor's Degree preferred and-or equivalent work experience- Self-Starter, ability to work independently in the absence of direct supervision, strong follow-up skills- A minimum of 2 years of fact-based selling experience preferred- Consumer packaged goods experience and - or Food Service selling experience preferred- Superior time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities and plan- Outstanding communications and collaboration skills, clearly communicates all results and opportunities to manager and zone team- Exceptional leadership and customer management skills- Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment, agreement, and commitments (internal-external)- Strong ability to work within and be successful in a highly matrix environment- Strong analytical skills: ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan- Direct Store Delivery (DSD) e
