Oracle Demand Generation Director in Salt Lake City, Utah
Responsible for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracle's demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations.
Develops and implements digital marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness. Executes online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. Drive traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline. Translates ideas used in demand generation into promotional marketing campaigns and advertising personas. Ensures localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertising and outbound emails Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for sales, product and engineering teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making. Applies statistics-based market intelligence to business issues and formulates recommendations on optimizing the user experience and help drive business outcomes. Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles. Researches and evaluates new technology trends and identifies new optimization opportunities. Manage online advertising relationship and local social media agencies.

Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. 12 years of Marketing experience in the technology industry preferred, preferably software industry. Experience should include relationship management. Ability to determine strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible results. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable. Proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

The Global Campaigns Director will be responsible for the design, implementation and reporting of end-to-end demand generation campaigns for the Java SE Subscription and GraalVM Enterprise offerings to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns globally. Manage the complete marketing campaign lifecycle.
Curate compelling content and CTAs with consistent positioning for diverse personas supporting all stages of the customer journey across all channels.
Manage and optimize Account Based Marketing programs for highly targeted segments.
Ensure websites, landing pages and owned digital channels actively promote demand generation content and campaigns.
Develop “sales plays” to support each demand generation initiative and ensure alignment with sales goals.
Work with Corporate Digital Marketing and Java/GraalVM Product Marketing to deliver programs that improve organic search rankings.
Lead development of ad copy and landing pages to capture lead data from paid search engine marketing efforts.
Partner with our Corporate Digital Marketing team to collaborate on the development of targeted campaigns via social advertising (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter), retargeting, and content syndication via third parties and programmatic advertising vendors.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Digital Marketing, and media teams to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels, industries and geographies.
Establish and manage quarterly and annual key performance indicators and budgets for demand generation programs to ensure spend is allocated to the highest-performing marketing programs and tactics.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
10 years of business-to-business (B2B) technology marketing experience.
Track record of delivering on demand generation results for enterprise technology providers, including revenue contribution.
Strong digital marketing tools experience including but not limited to CRM, Marketing Automation, reporting and insights platforms, web analytics, email marketing, landing page creation, etc.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong independent work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
Thoughtful problem-solving skills and mature, polished business acumen rooted in years of demand generation experience.
Expected to work independently, and as part of a virtual team where open, collaborative communication is expected.
Collaboration mindset is a must.
