The Field Sales Consultant creates and develops customer relationships and ensures customer satisfaction. This role pursues sales leads, promotes services and products, and manages the finalization of sales.

GCR Tires & Service is a division of Bridgestone America's Tire Operations (BATO), providing outstanding service from well over 200 locations in 48 US States and Eastern Canada. GCR Tires & Service has the right mix of service, new tire and re-tread knowledge to ensure the ongoing success of our customers. Most of our locations also offer 24-hour roadside assistance. We offer a wide variety of passenger, light truck, medium truck, agricultural, industrial and off the road tires from brands such as Bridgestone, Firestone, and many more.
Manage and resolve conflicts and address customer concerns Implement sales strategies that drive increases in market share and profitability Provide product and service information to customers Ensure programs are successfully coordinated and communicated Assist with budgeting and forecasting Identify prospective customers in order to form new relationships and develop business opportunities Review sales reports to improve and resolve customer accounts Research and communicate market and industry trends Other duties as assigned
