The Role: Manager of Corporate Commissions

What you will be working on: Oversee the planning, building, processing, and reporting of all commissionable groups at Vivint on the Corporate side (Install Techs, Field Service, Inside Sales, Customer Loyalty, Customer Retention, and Billing). This position interacts face to face with Department heads in implementing new pay structures and helping make and execute those decisions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee end to end process of piece rate calculations with members of team.

  • Develop team members to become Sr. Analysts and help them to continue progressing in their career.

  • Manage finding software issues within Workday, Salesforce, and Callidus Cloud and when found recommend solutions and follow through on making solutions work.

  • Constant process updating to make processes more efficient.

  • Assist in creating and providing meaningful analytics to Department Heads regarding compensation.

  • Assist in ad-hoc reporting and incentive plan execution on the fly.

  • Work with Accounting and Finance on financial reporting and accruals.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Expert in Microsoft excel, pivot tables, and data mining.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or similar field. Masters Degree a plus.

  • 4-6 years of experience in an Analytic role.

  • 1-2 years of SQL experience.

  • Experience managing or leading others.

  • Experience with Callidus Cloud, Workday, Salesforce, Tableau a plus.

  • Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be able to prioritize, problem solve, take initiative, maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.

  • Proven ability to remain flexible in the face of change and changing priorities.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
