REGIONAL SALES MANAGER US-CANADA ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager, US-Canada to join our team. SUMMARY: The Regional Sales Manager, US-Canada works to drive enrollment, support retention, develop leadership, and maintain positive distributor relations. The position will create, direct, and implement the overall market-specific strategies as directed by company leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute regional strategic, business, and marketing plans. Consistently increase revenue, enrollments, and over-all growth in assigned region. Drive regional sales initiatives, incentives, and promotions. Work closely with other regional teams and relevant department heads to increase distributor base, retention, recognition, and improve overall distributor relations. Travel frequently to various areas within assigned region US-Canada. Oversee distributor issues as they arise in region. Work with top distributors to grow their organizations. Manage the organization and execution of meetings, presentations, and electronic communication to increase enrollment and provide distributor training and education. Manage region independently and show initiative in sales activities. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required. 3-5 years' sales experience in the Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing industry required. Proven track record of growing sales. Excellent relationship building, presentation, and communications skills. Ability to facilitate feedback, promote cooperation, and identify and solve problems in a timely manner. Proven track record inspiring and motivating others, empowering autonomy, and making hard decisions. Strong work ethic, accountability, and cost consciousness.
