BROAD FUNCTION Under the direction of the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and closing sales opportunities by contacting new customers, as well as existing clients via phone calls and e-marketing techniques. This position is tasked with effectively growing BBCs current customer footprint throughout specified regions, increasing the Companys overall recognition. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES *Grow current and new account business through constant customer interaction. *Generate new leads via phone by contacting potential and existing customers to develop sales opportunities. *Learn and effectively sell entire BBC product line. *Become subject matter experts to BBC customers communicating product features, benefits, and advantages. *Collect and communicate all key information regarding leads to internal CRM system and sales team. *Meet and/or exceed goals, including but not limited to calls, leads per week, and new business generation. *Execute company guidelines, directives, and standards. *Candidate must be driven and aggressive with the ability to work independently at times. *Communicate with 45 to 50 customers a day. These are actual conversations with customers and do not include leaving a message. *Learn Innovation Products to call and generate leads. *Strong ability to analyze sales data to make profitable business decisions for BBC and BBCs customers. *Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and provide solutions to customers daily problems through strong customer service skills and product knowledge. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES *Systematically call new customers and leads, generate fresh business and promote companys new/existing products while selling the BBC value proposition. *Performing cold calls through specified regions, selling BBC products. *Revive past business by identifying inactive accounts, reintroducing BBC, our value proposition, and the entire product line to generate opportunities.
