FFT Account Manager

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an FFT Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Monitor and track risk factors so that customers who are at risk are added to a monitoring process and have an associated plan to move them to happy

  • FFT User Account Management, including Duo 2-Factor configurations

  • Support implementation projects as needed (test jobs, adding users, standards, etc.)

  • Roll out new releases of FFT Editor

  • Roll out new features of FFT Manager, including FFT Analytics

  • Contract changes/renewals – communicate with customer when there is an upcoming annual price increase

  • Open change requests and tickets (interface change, template change, custom Analytics reports, FFT Editor issues, etc.)

  • Submit enhancement requests. For customers with many requests, hold regular meetings with customer and product management to review priority, set expectations, etc.

  • Liaise with other 3M departments, such as CSMs, to enhance customer experience

  • Project management for change requests as needed

  • Provide product demonstrations for sales, both remote and on site as needed

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university (completed and verified prior to start) OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start) and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in healthcare in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree education requirement.

  • Five (5) years Customer Support

  • Five (5) years in the Health Care industry

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Healthcare dictation/transcription industry experience

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Collaborates with other teams and other team members

  • Seeks answers independently

  • Uses curiosity to further knowledge and skills

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

  • Working knowledge of the Fluency for Transcription platform

  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of team

Travel: Occasional travel may be required up to 50%

Relocation Assistance: Is not authorized

Location: Remote

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
