ICON Health and Fitness Dealer Manager - Commercial in LOGAN, Utah

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Dealer Manager. The Dealer Manager is responsible for managing the relationship between Freemotion and dealer partners in an assigned territory in order to achieve Freemotion's annual sales and profit objectives. The Dealer Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with dealers and developing sales strategies to ensure revenue and profit growth in the territory. The position works closely with Marketing,Customer Service and Operations,and interacts with all Freemotion departments. Selling skills,persuasiveness,customer service,follow up; integrity and professionalism are important factors in daily administration of this position. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Relationship Management Develops and maintains relationships with top decision-makers in dealerships. Develops and maintains relationships with Commercial Sales Manager and Commercial sales representatives. Assesses performance of existing dealers. Identifies and develops new dealers in target areas. Completes detailed customer profiles and plans. Manages dealer expectations and focuses efforts towards mutually beneficial sales prospects (i.e. persuades dealers not to compete on Freemotion andquot;key accountsandquot;). Builds win/win relationships with dealers. Ensures dealer accounts are adequately supporting Freemotion's entire product line. Strategy Development Works with dealers to prepare sales forecasts and reports showing sales volume,potential sales,and areas of opportunity Develops and presents plans,programs and strategies that ensure Freemotion and the dealer meet their revenue and market share targets. Builds dealer loyalty to Freemotion products and distribution strategy. Collects data from dealer contacts that shows trends in current market areas and leads to new ideas for untapped markets. Assists dealers with setting performance goals and developing leading indicators to measure performance. Assists dealers in managing business plans to ensure revenue and profit targets achieved. Regularly communicates dealer objectives and results to the Sales Director. Marketing Attends designated trade shows,cultivates client relationships,and represents Freemotion in a professional manner. Sales Effectively communicates Freemotion's philosophy,distribution goals,business practices,and programs to dealers. Understands the issues and needs of the dealers within the territory. Understands the key performance indicators that leverage the dealer's business. Generates dealer interest in obtaining more Freemotion business in all Commercial markets. Works with Dealer staff to close Commercial sales. Ensures dealer staff presents Freemotion products to all potential sales leads. Identifies key geographic areas or markets not currently serviced by existing Freemotion dealers. Dealer Support Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs for dealers. Works with Sales manager / sales representatives to enhance marketing and sales skills of Dealer staff. (i.e. develops and presents sales and product clinics to train Dealer force). Prepares quotes (prices,credit terms,delivery and service options) and sales contracts to assist dealers with sales. Investigates and resolves customer problems. Performs other duties as assigned DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS,EDUCATION,and/or EXPERIENCE Education: Two or four year degree in Business with a concentration in Sales and Marketing preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of selling in a distributor Commercial sales environment and / or dealer management experience. Familiarity with fitness equipment,fitness industry,and Freemotion products pref
