Responsible for sales of Oracle consulting services.
Responsible for selling the Oracle consulting services. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.
8-12 years of relevant field sales experience. Able to develop strong internal relationships.Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs.Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings.Able to generate consulting services and nurture and close the transaction. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.

The position s primary responsibility is to generate new business and new logos in the Financial Services. The candidate will develop revenue-producing relationships with decision-making CxO level executives; drive the sales from initial prospect communication through contract execution working with business development & solution architecting teams.
Prospecting, identifying and closing new business and new logos
Generate new revenue from logos won
Aggressively drive growth of a select portfolio of existing clients
Attaining sales/revenue goals for the Global consulting sales team
Working with the Regional Head of Consulting Sales for a unified approach to achieving the organization goals in the account
Ensuring high level of Customer satisfaction
BE, BS or BA in related fields. Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree highly preferred.
10 Years Industry experience (predominantly in new business generation in existing accounts and even more important, new logos)
Experience in hunting new logos for large global outsourcing companies.
Demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives
Familiarity and prior experience in working with geographically distributed teams
A strong record of sales success and exceeding targets is preferred.
Excellent Communication skills - both written and verbal.
Excellent Team player
This is a field sales role and the candidate is expected to spend a significant portion of their time meeting with clients face to face across in multiple locations
The candidate will be required to do forecasting, preparing bids, negotiating, and managing the sale cycle.
