As a Sr. Premier Support Go-to-Market Program Manager, you will partner with the Adobe Field Sales Organization to help grow the Premier Support offering. The success of this role will be determined by being able to uncover, define, and close strategic projects with valued customers within the Adobe Digital Experience business unit. You will interact strategically with the Field Sales team to manage the Premier Support pipeline, identify, cultivate and close on new business. You must possess customer-facing and communication skills that enable you to represent Adobe best within a customer's environment, driving discussions with multiple roles from field sales and analysts to management and senior leadership. You should also have proficiency to think strategically about business, product, and challenges as you support the field and customers to realize the investment, efficiencies, advantages, and innovation available from the Premier Support offering.In addition to the above set of functions, key elements of the role include monitoring the pipeline and helping Field Sales to position Premier Support with the customers and partnering with the Premier Support delivery organization to deliver against the customer's expectations. You will review the sales pipeline regularly, be a primary point of contact for questions from the field, join conversations with customers and ensure commitments are detailed and communicated to the Premier Support delivery team.Responsibilities* Fulfill the role of trusted advisor through your ability to use the extended Adobe team to develop strategic opportunities with our Customers.* Be the primary sales liaison within our delivery team and own the development and management of Customer relationships while working in tight coordination with License Field Sales teams.* Maintain effective relationships with Operations personnel, Consulting and PMO leadership and personnel; and, align to company as well as the client's practices and goals.What you need to succeed* 5 - 7 years prior experience in an enterprise software consulting or services sales role.* Knowledge of enterprise software development lifecycle, from a services selling standpoint, is essential. Digital Marketing industry experience is helpful, as is knowledge of SaaS and Cloud-based offerings.
