As a Partner Sales Manager (PSM), you will be responsible for building long term successful partnerships for XANT channel partners. Using strong consultative skills, you will work with partners to align and develop mutually beneficial go to market strategies built around XANT's Playbooks offering.You will guide partners on:How to position, demo, and sell XANT softwareHow to deliver value around the software, including customization, data integration, implementation, strategy & change management services, etc.Job Responsibilities Recruit, develop, and manage relationships with Consulting, Referral, Implementation, and/or Technology partners depending on applicant’s background and expertiseLeverage existing partner relationships to bring into XANT Partner networkLead Mutual Action Plan creation and execution when acquiring and enabling new partnersBuild and execute joint go-to-market strategies and business plans with partnersSet and track mutual performance objectives and financial targets associated with an effective partner relationshipWork with Marketing and Sales Enablement to develop sales and marketing materials required for partnershipBe an evangelist of XANT within channel organizationsAttend client meetings with partners and/or XANT Sales Team where possible and appropriateManage flow of leads from partners to XANT Sales TeamManages potential channel conflict within XANT Sales Team and the Partner NetworkInform partners of any new and upcoming changes to the partner program, products, company policies, or operationsServes as internal champion for partners as related to feature requests and other asks from the partners Qualifications5-7+ years of Channel/Partner Sales experienceRecent experience working for an emerging SaaS companyExisting relationships with best-in-class Consulting, Referral, Implementation, and/or Technology partnersIn-depth knowledge and experience with recruiting channel partnersProven track record of proven success managing and driving new business through channel partnersProven track record of sustained performance against sales quota and pipeline goalsAbility to travel 50%-70% of time (Post COVID)Perks | Benefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance coverageHSA Compatible plansMarket competitive total compensation packageFlexible Time OffVolunteer time off Fun company and team outings because we play just as hard as we workDiversity and inclusion programs that promote employee resourceEmployee referral bonuses to encourage the addition of great new people to the teamHOW YOU’LL GROW:At XANT, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
