XANT is looking for an experienced Sales Development leader to join our team. In this role you will bring your Enterprise experience to lead a team of sales development representatives to generate quality pipeline for our sales teams. You will develop efficient and personalized lead follow-up and prospecting processes to engage with buyers in our target accounts.  

Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, coach, and manage group of Sales Development reps to ensure consistent practices and processes to hit pipeline goals focused on new logo acquisition 
  • Develop, maintain, and drive strategy of the SDR organization in alignment with company goals and objectives 
  • Build, implement and refine Sales Development operations and practices to ensure high degree of efficiencyeffectiveness, and personalization 
  • Identify, track and present key performance metrics to management demonstrating success and calling out areas requiring attention 
  • Collaborate and align with Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership to ensure we are operating effectively as one unit  
  • Communicate effectively within the organization and cross-functional partners 
  • Create development programs that support the established promotion path for SDRs

  • A leader who excels in coaching and mentoring top sales talent with a track record of exceeding individual and team goals 
  • Someone who creates a culture of learning and innovation, driving change to enhance business performance 
  • Experienced in building SDR teams prospecting and selling to the Enterprise and establishing best practices across the organization 
  • A data-driven decision maker 

Qualifications: 

  • 8+ years Enterprise SDR/Sales management experience (with at least 4+ years leading an SDR organization) 
  • Fluency in prospecting tools and platforms (XANT, Salesforce, Marketo, ZoomInfo, etc.) and understanding of highly effective prospecting strategies and tactics 
  • Experience working in a rapidly growing, fast-paced organization selling SaaS solutions to enterprise companies 
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
