Position Description:

LGCY Power is seeking a motivated Commissions Manager to manage a comprehensive end-to-end commission processing plan. This position will be responsible for accurately tracking, calculating and processing commission payments and reports on a weekly basis.


  • Manage the day-to-day process of calculating and processing a large volume of commission payments in accordance with plan structures

  • Ensure commissions payments are accurate, timely and paid according to according to current commission plans

  • Develop and maintain documentation of commissions processes

  • Leverage a collaborative approach in identifying data needs and issues

  • Solve issues by analyzing data and making recommendations for resolution

  • Create and distribute commission statements to sales managers

  • Review commission calculations to ensure accuracy

  • Perform intermediate-level professional accounting work

  • Report on all accounting discrepancies and recommend process improvements for reduction of discrepancies

  • Field and respond appropriately to questions by sales reps regarding their commissions

  • Accurately draft and distribute special compensation agreements

  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports and records

  • Review and process reimbursements

  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

  • Review reporting for accuracy

  • Coordinate with partners to resolve reporting issues

  • Generate back-end and quarterly reports

  • Calculate quarterly bonuses (i.e., office override, recruiting override, divisional and regional override)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related discipline

  • Advanced excel skills required

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a detailed and fast paced environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient using computer applications

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple task

  • Ability to manage time effectively

  • Proactive and self-motivated
