Title:Account Executive, Commerce SMB The challenge We are actively seeking Account Executives for our Commercial Growth business unit to drive new business acquisition. The Account Executives will service and advise fast-growing digitally-savvy businesses as well as established companies undergoing a digital transformation. The focus will be on eCommerce strategy and Adobe's Commerce product suite, but there will be exposure to the entirety of Adobe's Digital Experience solutions across analytics, marketing, content, and creative. This is an opportunity to join one of Adobe's fastest growing and elite teams: the Commerce SMB Sales Organization. The role will provide an opportunity to work with leaders both internally at Adobe and externally across Adobe's large partner ecosystem. In particular, there will be frequent exposure to business owners, CXOs, senior management, and line-of-business executives on high impact and visibility customer projects. What you'll do * Develop and implement specific territory and account plans to deliver on revenue targets via new business acquisition* Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and generate brand awareness* Maintain up-to-date on vertical trends, competitive landscapes, product, and ecosystem developments* Deliver compelling and polished sales presentations and utilize effective sales techniques in order to influence target markets* Use data, site audits, case studies, and benchmark reports to nurture, advise, and support customers' decision process* Source, develop, qualify, and close new and existing leads for Adobe's Commerce products resulting in $35k-$300k+ in ARR within a defined territory* Negotiate business terms with line-of-business, senior management, C-level executives, and business owners* Develop relationships and work closely with key internal stakeholders across a matrixed organization (e.g. Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Support, Partnerships, SIs, and Services) to identify, service, and meet customer needs* Maintain professional communication with management regarding pipeline, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities* Travel as needed to close business (travel restrictions allowing) What you need to succeed * 2+ years of consistent sales quota achievement involving B2B SaaS solutions or 4+ years of sales closing experience in highly competitive industries* Experience navigating involved and complex sales cycles with senior executives using a value-based selling methodology* Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment with the need to prioritize multiple tasks and opportunities* Strong process background and analytical thinking skills* Attention to detail, teamwork,...
