Within this agency, our Measurement Team is focused on providing analytics and insights to support data-driven decision making across all channels and customer touchpoints. We are seeking a VP, Digital Measurement and Reporting to serve as the leader of media analytics. This role will own all aspects of digital analytics, audience and platforms, collaborating extensively with paid and unpaid media teams across the enterprise.
This position is currently remote, where you’ll be work from home, but may be required to work in one of our offices in the future or occasionally commute to one our offices for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events.

Define a measurement framework that is reflective of account strategies by identifying the proper data sources and KPIs aligned toenterprise and individual business unitgoals and illustrate campaign effectiveness
Serve as subject matter expert on digital analytics and related tools, both internally and externally.
Evaluate various attribution modeling techniques, tools,and methodologies including DDA models from Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Attribution
Manage full analytics andMarTechstack roadmap with the ability to sell in new tools to higher leadership and executive teams for best overall results
Evaluate customer journeys and data signals across the customer lifecycle that will inform audience targeting and media flighting
Define and managefirst partyaudiences that can be shared across partner and client ecosystem (e.g.Google, Facebook,LiveRamp, Salesforce, Segment)
Experience managing and working in mobile measurement platforms (e.g.Branch)
Plancross channelmeasurement proposals to evaluate and refine activity, including test and learn, conversion lift studies and deeper analysis
Design and create data visualizations forenterprisemarketing performance datareporting
Strong ability to lead a team and motivate team members to deliver best in class work for the enterprise across analytics
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Bachelor’s degree or, in lieu of degree, a high school diploma/GEDand 10+ years of marketing experience
A minimum of7years of digitalanalyticsexperience
Experience managing, mentoring, and leading a team
Deep knowledge in the Google analytics suite (Google Analytics, Big Query, Campaign Manager)
Direct experience in attribution modeling
Experience in audience management, segmentation, and analysis
Experience in financial industry (e.g. banking, credit cards, lending) experience
Built or played key role an in-house media analytics team at a larger organization
Working knowledge of other digital analytics platforms/tools such as LiveRamp,Branch, Omniture, CDP’s, audience management, and attribution tools
Managed complete MarTech stack for analytics
Strong inter-personal skills, with ability to influence across cross-functional teams in a large org
Direct experience in building business cases for pilot programs and communicating insights/results to executive leadership and clients
Familiarity with agile processes
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. The salary range for this position is 100,000.00 - 200,000.00 USD Annual
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
